Skate Night, Oct. 6

Veterans Memorial Skating Rink will host a Skate Night on October 6 from 7PM to 8:30PM in recognition of Mental Illness Awareness Week. Held in conjunction with the CT branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the West Hartford Prevention Partnership, the event will feature resource exhibitors who provide mental health, addiction and suicide awareness. Proceeds and donations support Friends of Feeney and the West Hartford Teen Center.  VMSR is located at 56 Buena Vista Road.
